Storylines: A story joins a storyline when its headline or summary contains one of that storyline’s search phrases. The phrases are hand-kept, so a story can be missed or, rarely, included by mistake. One story can belong to several storylines.
Volume: Stories per week, Monday to Sunday, counting each outlet’s report. Stories with no date appear in the list only.
Sentiment: Shown only for press coverage that names the insurer, so most storylines carry few or no marks. Each bar shows the share of that week’s scored stories at each point on the five-point scale. Tone is judged toward the insurer, not toward the story overall. Scores are AI-generated, a first pass rather than a substitute for reading the story.
